Rams agree to terms with OL Saffold

07/28/2010 - St. Louis, MO (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - The St. Louis Rams and rookie offensive tackle Rodger Saffold have reportedly agreed to terms on a contract.

According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, the two sides worked out a deal on Wednesday.

Saffold was selected with the first pick of the second round and has been projected as the club's starting right tackle.

The Indiana product started 41 games during his collegiate career and was a Second-Team All-Big Ten selection as a senior.
